Day 1
Namaste Sangha,
After a beautiful time at the wedding yesterday, I went to my local supermarket this morning to buy all the ingredients for the cleanse. I like to purchase everything fresh on the day, so I'm a little behind with the flow of the cleanse today. However, I trust that everything will balance itself out.
So far, I have only had hot lemon water and drinking water.
Tomorrow, I will share more about how my day unfolds using these ingredients and how I am getting on with the cleanse.
Below is a photo of the ingredients I purchased for the cleanse, which should last me for about three days.
